Special Order and Returns Policy

Special Orders

Black Bear Ladder has access to hundreds of vendors and thousands of items, some of which we do not inventory. We will research and order specialty items for you. We do require a 20% down payment on items we do not regularly inventory.

Returns and Restock

1.  Please call before returning.

2 . Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days for store credit or refund.

3.  A 20% restocking charge may apply to some items (please call for details).

4.  We cannot accept used items for refund or store credit.

5.   If a serviceability issue occurs within or outside manufacturers’ warranty guarantee period, please let us know. Although issues are rare, we have had very good success working with our manufacturers on solving warranty and serviceability issues.

6.  No returns on special orders.
